The sign looks great. Disappointed in the final finish. Excess glue around the letters.
Got it all setup but it took a few tries. Instructions for remote controller included but not for sign set up. The system ended up a little different than diagram on site.
Bannerbuzz followed up on my earlier order and sent a power adapter to me! So I am revising my review from earlier...
The fonts do not look like they do in the previews. I ordered a sign in the Fenwick Outline and what I got is bubble letters. The corners are rounded due to the cheap rubber tubing that's illuminated to make it appear to be a neon sign.
Did not receive on time.
The joints are visible from the back, and no covering is provided. On the front side, the LEDs are visible too and hang in the bottom, the worst quality you ever get. The screws were also not provided with the hanging kit. The quality of the adapter could be better. It's really very cheap. I was unhappy to see that this was shipped from India and charged me here in New Zealand from the NZ website and providing me with the worst quality product ever. I am not sure how to return and get a refund from these people.
You may think this neon sign comes with a power adapter, especially as it has a section for "Power Adapter" in the specifications. But you would be wrong. I received mine and puzzled at the lack of an adapter, finally writing in to Bannerbuzz and receiving a reply that: "However, please note that the power adaptor is not included in the package. It can be acquired from a nearby local store." Well. Thanks for that. Definitely an unusual choice to send a neon sign without any way to plug it in. Caveat emptor, I guess.
