Worst customer service ever!!
Ordered 13 pole banners. Six of them were printed incorrectly. After two very frustrating phone calls to customer service, I was told that I had to submit a claim online. They couldn't help me. Long store short, I was finally told that they found the production error on their end but won't replace the banners until I send them a video of the banners that they messed up. What?! I won't waste another minute on this. I will reorder from a different company and take the loss. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Build a Banner on site did not work
Using a PDF and dropping that in worked very well. Turn around time was quick. Next I tried to build one on your site. I could not do it on my own some of the site controls failed to work. Then I asked one of your assistant techs and it still did not work. So I had to move on after 2 hours of wasted time.

Lasted less than a MONTH!
If I could give 0 stars I would... We ordered on August 19th and paid $174.69 for 3 banners. Not even up a month the lamination or sealant on the banners has fallen apart (September 4th...). The banners fell. We contacted customer service and when they responded they offered a 25% store credit. We will not be utilizing the store credit option as I cannot believe in the quality of the product. I let them know those terms are unacceptable and that their item description of "Crafted from top-grade 13 oz PVC flex fabric, our custom pole vinyl banners are built to last" apparently means less than a month. Unacceptable and frustrating. We are a school and as such have limited funds. This was a huge investment to showcase our Excellence in Science award winners... Frustrated to say the least.

Had these made for my benefit event.They looked so great, my sponsor was happy of the visibility he got. I’m glad that I invested in the brackets, I’ll be using them for years, the banners are not expensive to print, the colors are spot on. The flags stayed in the rain all weekend, I wiped them off and their good for next year.
