Confusing order process
My company tried to order this photography backdrop for employee headshots, but due to the incredibly confusing way this is set up, we didn't get what we needed and were left scrambling. Who on earth would know that you have to select "Add Graphic" for the fabric to be included? I don't know who built this e-commerce site, but they're the worst UI designer on the planet. It should immediately have options to select either only the backdrop fabric or only the hardware. Needless to say, we'll be ordering our missing fabric from a site that doesn't require such a high amount of effort to shop! Very disappointed and will not use Banner Buzz again. Definitely do not recommend the company or the product.

STAY AWAY!
NOT A CANADIAN COMPANY! NOT SURE WHY THEY HAVE A CDN FLAG ON THEIR WEBSITE. PRODUCT WAS LATE AND WHEN IT SHOWED UP WAS THE WRONG PRODUCT. STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND. WOULD ABSOLUTELY UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE USE THEM AGAIN.

Quality product
The banner stand is really sturdy. It is fairly heavy but that's what makes it so strong and hard wearing. Very easy to assemble and looks great.

Very disappointed with the quality of the background
The background is not opaque. Unless you are shooting against a solid wall, you will be able to see lights through the background. Apparently I won’t be getting a refund so this has been an incredibly disappointing experience. I would never shop with Banner Buzz again.

Photo Backdrop is great
Customer service was helpful, transaction was easy, delivery was very fast and quality is excellent. We just seem to be missing two screws for the base, but hopefully we can find something that will work. Would order again.

Photography backdrop
I ordered a photography backdrop for taking staff pictures but was surprised and disappointed that it came folded up and not on a roll. When I unpacked it, it was full or creases and wrinkles. The website said nothing about how it would be shipped and the image on the page shows it on the stand so I assumed it would be delivered on a roll. The backdrop looks nice and of good material, but it's unusable in this condition. There were no instructions with my package when it arrived, just the backdrop in a plastic bag. I'm sending it back for a refund.

Awful quality
a tiny piece of wrinkly fabric for $55. Rubbish. They wouldn't give me a refund. Never shopping here ever again. I would give zero stars if i could.

Photographic backdrop
The product doesnt mention if the graphic printing is included and how to include it. Had to end up paying more than I thought it was going to cost and it nearly missed the deadline as they put it on hold when I said to print it. Otherwise the product was good, the material was good and the printing was good.

Not received yet
Was told I would receive my package on or before the 31st of August - it is now the 8th of September and I still dont have it as it is still coming in the mail. Disappointed they only shipped it on the 29th of August as there is no chance it would arrive in a different country by the 31st without express shipping
